Job Description:

– Carry out temporary and permanent works design for contractors

– Carry out structural condition survey including in-situ site testing

– Assist in tender preparation and tender analysis

– Carry out site coordination work

– Attend periodic site and office meeting

 Requirements :

– Diploma in Civil & Structural Engineering or equivalent

– Minimum 2-year relevant experience

– Knowledge of MS Office, AutoCAD, SAP2000, Plaxis is an advantage

– Good communication skills and interpersonal skills

– Able to work independently with good problem-solving skills

– Good command in written & spoken English, Mandarin, and Cantonese

– Immediately available preferred

– Candidates with less experience will also be considered

Responsibilities :

·         Responsible for general contract administration, measurement works.
·         Provide support to Commercial Manager for tendering.
·         Prepare monthly Interim payment to client and make payment to sub-contractors and suppliers.
·         Prepare and manage cost control proactively report to Commercial Manager.
·         Settlement of final account including, but not limited to, original scope of works, variations & claims.
 
Requirement :

·         Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
·         Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience.
·         Working experience in construction field appreciated.
·         Have strong sense of figure and good at data analysis
·         Positive attitude, self-motivated, team spirit
·         Good English Reading skills.
·         Good command of both written English and Chinese
·         Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
·         Fresh Graduate will be also considered
·         Immediate availability preferred

Requirement:

• Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or equivalent.
• Member of HKIE or equivalent will be preferred for senior positions:
• Experience with a contractor will be an advantage.
• Sound understanding of the principles of design and analysis;
• Experience in facades and/or modular steel/aluminium structures.
• Good understanding of the codes of practice, regulations and best practices relating to the design work;
• Familiar with all aspects of the design submissions process for projects in Hong Kong;
• Good team player;
• Sense of responsibility;
• Good interpersonal and communication skills;
• Good at using Excel and PPT;
• Open mind with modern design software and project creative idea;
